CSM entered its 15th year of successful
operation. Since its inception on 12th August, 1992 by Dr. R Swami
Narayana Swami, the company has grown from strength-to-strength with
strong focus on quality and equally on its people.
CSM was built on the principles of
“Value Building” and “Doing Things Differently”, when the world was buzzing about
diversification. Our expertise and focus on hi-end engineering for
all these years has gained wide recognition for not just the
company, but also for the Indian engineering industry and hence
gaining a respected position for India on the world map of
engineering software solutions. All these ideologies have yielded
extraordinary results, with CSM being seen as a pioneer in the
engineering services sector today.
We are expanding our horizons in the engineering services segment to
cater to various industries. Our unique business model with seamless
cross-leverage has already gained significant recognition in the world
market and is evolving as a strong industry trend. We owe our success to
all the stakeholders of the company, without which CSM would not have
marched to this extent.
The company has taken this opportunity to specially recognize all the
efforts of its employees in building this organization by organizing a
“Get Together Family Day”.
All the employees were invited to the Eagleton Resort with their family
to enjoy the lush greenery and relax with their near & dear ones on
September 2nd, 2006.
The theme of the event - Sankalpa Sandhya (or) “Evening of
Determination” proved to be a great revitalizer for all employees of CSM
to get their share of fun and to resolve further for unlimited growth.
The evening enthralled the audience with activities like skits and
fashion show.
The highlight of the evening was the “Long service awards” to employees.
The fun event “Prince(ss) of CSM”, a beauty pageant for men who were
clad in female outfits captivated the audience.
